摘要中国对外开放的大门已经打开近四十年,这么多年以来对外开放的程度越来越高,开放的水准也越来越国际化,取得的成果更是另世界惊叹,给我国带来翻天覆地的变化,尤其是房地产市场,突飞猛进,并形成一系列的带动效应。房地产行业的发展必然离不开物业管理。从上个世纪末,我国就注意到了物业管理的不可或缺性,开始引进物业管理,并一步步壮大,时至今日,物业管理已经作为一个独立的行业存在。物业管理的发展给社会带来了很多影响,既包括经济方面的也包括社会方面的。最主要的作用是将“管理”一词上升到一定的高度,呈现出服务业的新态势。在经济飞速发展的背景下,想在市场中立足变得越来越艰难。对于物业管理行业更是如此,为了占有一席之地,大部分公司都格外注重建设自己的品牌,但是现实情况却不太乐观。可能由于我国物业管理行业的引进时间较晚,而且发展过程中存在很多矛盾,所以和外国的物业管理水平是没有办法比较的。虽然大部分公司都随着发展趋势认识到品牌概念建设的重要性,但根本上还是缺少对品牌建设的全面理解,并不知晓如何建设品牌概念。这篇文章从现有的物业管理品牌建设相关资料出发,介绍了什么是物业管理品牌概念,分析了我国物业管理品牌建设的现状,提出了存在的问题并给出了相关意见和建议。目的是为我国的物业管理品牌建设和发展添砖加瓦,提升发展空间和高度。关键词:物业管理;品牌建设;品牌概念AbstractChina'sopeningtotheoutsideofthedoorhasbeenopenfornearlyfortyyears,somanyyearssincethedegreeofopeningtotheoutsideworldmoreandmorehigh,openstandardsisbecomingmoreandmoreinternational,achievementsbutalsotheotherworld,bringstotheourcountryearth-shakingchanges,especiallytherealestatemarket,byleapsandbounds,andformedaseriesofdrivingeffects.Thedevelopmentoftherealestateindustryisdependentonpropertymanagement.Fromtheendoflastcentury,ourcountryhavenoticedtheindispensability,propertymanagementstartintroducingpropertymanagement,andstepbystep,today,thepropertymanagementhasalreadyexistasanindependentindustry.Thedevelopmentofpropertymanagementhashadalotofimpactonsociety,botheconomicallyandsocially.Themaineffectistoraisetheword"management"toacertainheightandpresentanewtrendintheserviceindustry.Inthecontextofrapideconomicdevelopment,itisgettingharderandhardertogetafootholdinthemarket.Thisisespeciallytrueforpropertymanagementindustry,inordertogainafoothold,mostcompaniesespeciallypayattentiontobuildingtheirownbrands,buttherealityisnotsooptimistic.MaybeduetotheintroductionofpropertymanagementindustryinChinatimeislate,andtherearemanycontradictionsintheprocessofdevelopment,sothereisnowaytoandforeignpropertymanagementlevel.Althoughmostcompaniesasthedevelopingtrendtorealizetheimportanceoftheconstructionofbrandconcept,buttherootorthelackofacomprehensiveunderstandingofthebrandconstruction,didnotknowhowtobuildthebrandconcept.Thisarticleembarksfromtheexistingpropertymanagementbrandconstructionrelatedinformation,introduceswhatistheconceptofpropertymanagementbrand,analyzesthepresentsituationofpropertymanagementbrandconstructioninChina,putsforwardtheexistingproblemsandputsforwardtherelevantopinionsandSuggestions.Theaimistobuildupthebuildingofthepropertymanagementbrandinourcountryandpromotethedevelopmentspaceandheight.KeyWords:propertymanagement;brandbuilding;brandconcept目录摘要....................................................................IAbstract.....................................................................II一、绪论....................................................................1(一)研究背景.........................................................
