推动陕西省农村教育事业发展的对策研究分析 教育教学专业VIP免费

摘要随着经济社会的不断发展，文化建设变得越来越重要起来，成为社会普遍关注的焦点。而与此同时，农村教育本身发展的窘境也受到了广泛的关注，农村教育存在资金短缺、定位有偏差、管理水平不高等诸多问题。正是出于对这些问题的认识以及我个人对农村教育事业的浓厚兴趣，因此认真的分析了陕西省农村教育发展的现状，并找出其存在的不足以及解决对策，成为本文的主要写作的出发点。本文采用了文献资料，数据收集法及定性分析等研究方法，针对陕西省教育事业发展中所存在的问题，具体说明了农村教育事业相关概念与理论基础，详细分析当前陕西省农村教育事业发展的现状，并在此基础上提出了提升陕西省农村教育水平的建议或意见，探讨了大力办好农村教育以全面提升农民素质的现实路径。即增加农村教育投入、正确定位农村教育、提高教师素质带动农村教育发展、提高农村教育管理水平。关键词：陕西省；农村教育事业；现状；对策AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,Chinahasmademanyremarkableachievementsineconomicconstruction.Theimprovementofruralbackwardnesscannotbeseparatedfromthesupportanddevelopmentofruraleducation.Atthesametime,thedilemmaofthedevelopmentofruraleducationitselfhasalsobeenwidelyconcernedabouttheshortageoffundsinruraleducation,thepositioningofthedeviation,themanagementlevelisnothighandmanyotherissues.Itisoutoftheunderstandingoftheseissuesandmypersonalinterestinruraleducation,sothecarefulanalysisofthestatusofruraleducationinShaanxiProvince,andtofindoutitsshortcomingsandsolutionstobecomethemainwritingofthisarticlePointofdeparture.Thispaperusesthemethodsofliterature,datacollectionandqualitativeanalysistoanalyzetheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofeducationinShaanxiProvince,andexplainstherelatedconceptsandtheoreticalbasisofruraleducation,andanalyzesindetailthecurrentdevelopmentofruraleducationinShaanxiProvinceThepresentsituation,andonthisbasisputforwardtoraisethelevelofruraleducationinShaanxiProvince,theviewsoropinions,toexploretheruraleducationtoimprovethequalityoffarmerstoimprovethepracticalpath.Thatistoincreasetheinvestmentinruraleducation,thecorrectpositioningofruraleducation,improvethequalityofteacherstopromoteruraleducationdevelopment,improvethelevelofruraleducationmanagement.Keywords:ShaanxiProvince;Ruraleducation;statusquo;countermeasures一、绪论（一）研究背景教育的力量在社会的变迁中日益突显。我国人口众多，农村人口所占比重巨大，农村教育事业发展的进程也远远落后于城市教育事业，农村教育事业基础设施不完善、资金投入不足、师资队伍薄弱等问题普遍存在，因此，积极发展农村教育事业的任务颇为艰难。我国是一个中低收入的发展中国家，人口素质水平也比较滞后，虽然我国是一个农业比重很大的国家，但是追其根源，土地的面积和土壤的贫瘠程度，并不是造成我们落后的原因，人口的素质才是最为关键的点。基于现实状况，积极采取措施提高人口素质才是教育事业发展的重中之重。随着党的明确号召，发展和提高农村的教育事业是社会建设的大计，今年中央一号文件进一步明确指出，要“巩固和完善农村义务教育经费保障机制”；“大力发展中等职业教育，继续推进农村中等职业教育免费进程”；“积极发展农村远程教育”。[1]从这些政策性报告可以看出，我国对于发展农村教育事业越来越重视，也在不断地积极建设，由于陕西省农村人口占全省总人口比重也很大，因此应积极响应国家政策的有关方面，开拓农村教育事业发展的新领地，促进经济的良好发展。（二）研究目的本文针对陕西省农村教育事业在发展的过程中具体存在的问题和有效解决对策展开研究，有助于陕西省在原有农村教育的基础上认识到其不足之处，并积极改正，提高陕西省教育事业的整体质量，从而推动陕西省的经济快速健康发展。通过对陕西省农村的教育现状和存在的问题进行多角度的深入调...
