目录....................................................................1................................................................2....................................................................3........................................................4........................................................4........................................................4................................................4................................................4................................................5................................................5......................................5....................................5..............................................6..............................................6..............................................6..........................................................7................7..........................................7......................................8....................9.....10...10...................10...........................................................10...........................................................10...........................................................11...............................................................12...................................................................13摘要篮球运动是一项全球性运动,竞技性和观赏性都十分突出,因此强化运动员的身体素质和技能是十分必要的,本文通过对某校的一支篮球队的十二名运动员进行对照研究,发现在相同训练强度以及训练时间的情况下,经过抗阻力训练的运动员的爆发力提升幅度是要远高于经过传统体能训练的运动员的提升幅度的,尤其是在立定跳远这一项上,前者的提升幅度大约是后者3倍,而其他项目也有1.5到2倍的提升幅度差异。但是抗阻力训练对运动员的提升幅度都是有限的,经过训练中和训练结束后的两次检测,发现在第一阶段运动员的体能提升十分明显,但是在第二阶段中,运动员的提升幅度则出现了明显的下降,所以抗阻力训练的适用人群为未经过专业抗阻力训练的运动员或者是长时间未进行抗阻力训练的运动员。【关键词】:抗阻力训练篮球运动爆发力AbstractBasketballisaglobalsportwithoutstandingcompetitiveandornamentalfeatures.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthenthephysicalqualityandskillsofathletes.Throughacomparativestudyoftenathletesfromabasketballteaminacertainschool,thispaperfindsthatunderthesametrainingintensityandtrainingtime,theexplosiveforceofathleteswhohaveundergoneresistancetrainingismuchhigherthanthatofathleteswhohaveundergonetraditionalphysicaltraining.Especiallyinthestandinglongjump,theformerisabout3timeshigherthanthelatter,whiletheothereventshave1.5to2timesdifference.However,anti-resistancetraininghaslimitedpromotionrangeforathletes.Aftertwotestsattheendoftrainingandtraining,itisfoundthatthephysicalfitnessofathletesinthefirststageisobviouslyimproved,butinthesecondstage,thepromotionrangeofathleteshasobviouslydecreased.Therefore,theapplicablepopulationforanti-resistancetrainingisathleteswhohavenotundergoneprofessionalanti-resistancetrainingorathleteswhohavenotundergoneanti-resistancetrainingforalongtime.【Keywords】:resistancetrainingBasketballsportsExplosiveforce绪论随着篮球运动的发展,不同的战术打法相继被开发出来,而这些战术战法对篮球运动员的身体素质提出了更高的要求,因此提高运动员的身体素质势在必行,在此过程中需坚持科学训练。在前人的研究中,抗阻力训练这一训练方式对排球、乒乓球等运动的运动员的体能有明显的提升效果,但是对篮球运动员的抗阻力训练的效...
