因此,为提高政府业绩,相关部门必须采取有效手段改进公务员业绩评估体系,通过法律程度规范评估制度、内容、形式,营造良好的评估氛围,增强评估过程的透明度,将定性评估与定量评估相融合,从根本上激励公务员,形成其认真负责的态度,改变我国业绩评估的不良现状
