内河港口发展江海联运的可行性分析——以江苏太仓港为例摘要港口的良好运转对于城市的发展具有明显地推动作用，不仅能促进当地的经济腾飞，还能提高城市的竞争力和知名度。进入新世纪以来，随着全球经济迅速的发展，各行业的竞争迅速进入白热化，航运业也不例外。其具体的集装箱运输业务也发展飞速，河运极其港口也是航运体系的重要主要组成部分，拥有相比于海港更多的泊位和更便利的航道，同时，内河港口参差不齐的航道水深以及同质竞争等也困扰着自身的发展，如何扬长避短利用好自身的优势在未来获得长远发展显得尤为重要。从江海联运是一种由同一艘船只完成涉及江河和海洋两种运输方式的运输方式。它1920年，发源于欧洲。通过近百年的发展，其凭着由江入海、由海入江进行不换装“二次中转”的运输效率优势在国内各主要内河流域蓬勃发展，主要内河港口纷纷提出着力发展江海联运的战略。作为长江流域的一颗“江海明珠”，太仓港地处长江下游，是长江黄金水道的入海口，航道水深达到12.5米，可通航五万吨级的货轮。作为上海港的腹地内河港口，太仓港承接上海由长江航道进入内地以及内地出口海外的货物，拥有得天独厚的条件发展江海联运。本文在分析国内主要内河流域港口的基础上，阐述了太仓港的优势和现状，探讨了太仓港发展江海联运的可行性。指出了在发展中，太仓港存在的显著问题以及相关的对应策略。关键词：内河港口，江海联运，可行性分析FeasibilityAnalysisofDevelopmentofJianghaiCombinedTransportinInlandPorts:focusonTaicangPortofJiangsuAbstractThegoodoperationoftheportcanpromotethedevelopmentofthecityobviously,notonlypromotethelocaleconomictake-off,butalsoimprovethecity'scompetitivenessandpopularity.Sinceenteringnewcentury,theglobaleconomicintegrationdevelopment,shippingmarketcompetitionintensifying,andtherapiddevelopmentofcontainertransportation,inlandportsastheimportantpartofwatertransportationsystem,havemoreberthsandmoreconvenientthanseaportchannel,atthesametime,theinlandriverchanneldepthoftheportisunevenandhomogeneouscompetitionalsoaffectsthedevelopmentofitself,suchashowtofosterstrengthsandcircumventweaknessesmakegooduseofitsadvantagestoobtainlong-termdevelopmentisparticularlyimportantinthefuture.Sincethe1920s,thejianghaijointmovementhasappearedbetweentheclosedwatersofEuropeandtheinlandwaters.Afternearlyacenturyofslowdevelopment,itwiththerivertothesea,theseaintotherivertonotchange"quadratictransit"transportefficiencyadvantageinboomingdomesticmajorinlandriverbasin,themainareputforwardondevelopmentofinlandportjianghaitransportstrategy.AsapearloftheYangtzeriverbasin,taicangportislocatedinthelowerreachesoftheYangtzeriver.ItistheestuaryofthegoldenwaterwayoftheYangtzeriver.Thewaterwayis12.5metersdeepandcanbenavigableforacargoshipof50,000tons.AsthehinterlandriverportofShanghaiport,taicangporttakesShanghaifromtheYangtzeriverchanneltotheinlandandthemainlandtoexportgoodsoverseas,andhastheadvantagedconditiontodevelopjianghaicombinedtransport.BasedontheanalysisofthemaininlandriverbasinportsinChina,thispaperexpoundstheadvantagesandpresentsituationoftaicangport,anddiscussesthefeasibilityofdevelopingjianghaicombinedtransportationintaicangport.Thispaperpointsoutthesignificantproblemsandcorrespondingstrategiesinthedevelopmentoftaicangport.KeyWords:Riverport,JianghaiTransport,FeasibilityAnalysis目录第1章绪论..................................................................11.1研究背景.............................................................11.2研究意义.............................................................11.3研究方法..........................................................
