摘要民间信贷在我国有着悠久的历史，在其漫长的发展阶段之中，既有过高峰，也经历过低谷。民间信贷如同一把双刃剑。一方面，民间信贷游离于官方金融体制之外，长期以来，得不到官方部门的重视，加上民间信贷具有自发性，缺乏外部约束，一旦发生资金链断裂等事故，往往会引发连锁不良反应，严重时会危害社会安定，因而具有很大风险，是官方重点的管制对象。但另一方面，民间信贷确实对我国的经济发展，特别是对民营企业与中小企业的成长和发展、对农户的生产经营等民间经济的发展起到了相当大的促进作用。因此，我们必须深刻认识民间信贷的双刃性，以法律形式明确其在我国金融体系中应有的地位，引导和规范发展其有利于经济和社会的方面，消除其负面影响，从而更好地推动中国经济的进一步发展。本文主要对我国民间信贷的现状进行分析，并针对我国民间信贷的发展特点提出了具体的发展对策及措施。本文共分五章进行论述。第一章的内容是分析我国民间信贷的现状，包括民间信贷的概念、民间信贷与正规信贷的关系、民间信贷的特征和规模。第二章分别从社会学和经济学的角度分析了我国民间信贷存在的合理性。第三章分析了民间信贷对中国经济的影响和民间信贷进一步良性发展存在的障碍。第四章是民间信贷存在的问题及成因分析。第五章针对如何规范发展我国民间信贷而提出的对策建议。民间信贷从某种意义上有助于我国经济的可持续发展，我们必须重视并通过有效手段使其健康发展。关键词：民间信贷正规信贷规范发展AbstractThenogovernmentalcreditinourcountryhaslonghistory，ithashadthepeak,andalsohasexperiencedthetroughinitsdevelopmentphase．Thenongovernmentalcreditlikeadouble-edgedsword．Ontheonehand,thenongovernmentalcreditdriftsawayoutsidetheofficialfinancialsystem．Andcannotbeattachedtheimportancetobytheofficialdepartment,inaddition，thenongovernmentalcredithasitsspontaneityandlacksexteriorrestraint,itspotentialriskisverylarge．Butontheotherhand,thenongovernmentalcredithastrulymadelargecontributiontoourcountry’Seconomicaldevelopment，speciallytothenonpubHc-ownedeconomy．Therefore，wemustprofoundlyrealizethedoubleedgeofthenongovernmentalcredit,makeitsstatusclearwhichshouldbeinourcountry'sfinancesystem,welldevelopsitsadvantage，eliminatesitsadverseeffect,andthusimpelstheC“flineseeconomybetterandbetter．Inthispaper,thestatusofnogovernmentalcreditwereanalyzed,andthecharacteristicsofprivatecreditforthedevelopmentofproposedspecificmeasuresandmeasuresfordevelopment.Thispaperdividesfivechapterstocarryon．Thefirstchapteranalyzesthepresentsituationofnongovernmentalcreditinourcountry，includingitsconcept,thecharacter，thescaleandtheinfluencetoChineseeconomy．Thesecondchapteranalyzedtherelationsbetweennongovernmentalcreditandgovernmentalcredit：competesandsupplementeachother．Thethirdchapterhasanalyzedthereasonofnongovernmentalcreditseparatelyfromtheeconomicandthesociologicalangle．Thefourthchapteranalyzedtheproblemsofnongovernmentalcreditandreaseonsoftheproblemsfornongovernmentalcredit.ThefifthchapterpresentsSomesuggestionhowtoregulateandwelldevelopthenongovernmentalcreditinfuture．Nongovernmentalfromasensethatcontributetosustainabledevelopmentofoureconomy,wemustpayattentiontotheirhealthanddevelopmentthrougheffectivemeans.KeyWord：nongovernmentalcredit,governmentalcredit,standardizationanddevelopment目录第一章我国民间信贷的现状.........................................................................................................2一、民间信贷的概念...............................................................................................................2二、民间信贷与正规信贷的关系...............
