摘 要在冻土带钻井及天然气水合物钻井中, 钻井泥浆冷却技术是钻井工艺中的关键技术之一。适当的井内循环泥浆温度是钻井作业安全快速进行的保证。为满足天然气水合物钻探取样工艺要求, 我校研制了一种天然气水合物钻井泥浆冷却系统。由于泥浆在冷却器内循环温度低于泥浆冰点温度，因此冷却器内管会出现冻结和卡堵等现象。本论文研究的内管防堵装置是对我校研制的天然气水合物钻井泥浆冷却系统进行改进，防止泥浆内管发生冻结和卡堵。防堵装置主要是分析同轴套管式冷却器内管发生堵塞时其温度、流量和压力的变化过程，确定最佳控制参数。根据钻井工作对泥浆流量的要求，确定流量控制范围，并设计防堵装置，确定工作原理、各部件组成和工作流程。关键词：泥浆冷却、内管卡堵、防堵装置AbstractMud cooling is a key technology of permafrost drilling and gas hyd- rate drilling operation. Proper temperature of circulation drilling mud is the guarantee for safe and fast drilling operation .In view of the technological requirements of the sampling of gas hydrate drilling, a type of drilling mud cooling system for per- mafrost drilling and gas hydrate drilling was developed by Jilin Univ- ersity.The circulation temperature of drilling mud in the coolers is lower than freezing point of drilling mud.so the inner of pipe would been frozen and blocked.The prevent blocking equipment which the paper introduced is to improve the gas hydrate drilling mud cooling system Jilin University researched.and it is installed on the cooler in the mud cooling system.The main functionof prevent blocking equipment is to analyse the changing process of temperature.pressure and flow.and to get best controling parameters.Drilling mud flow according to the require- ments of, determine the scope of flow control, and attempts to prevent the device designed to determine the working principle, the components and processes.Keywords：mud cooling inner pipe frozen prevent blocking equip...
