本科毕业设计（论文）通过答辩方糖堆积机构的设计摘要随着人们对商品包装要求越来越高，包装机械行业成为包装工业的重 要组成部分。包装机械能使产品包装过程机械化、自动化，大大提高生产 效率。本次设计的方糖堆积过程是方糖包装过程中最重要的阶段，堆积机 构顺利地工作直接影响到产品包装的生产效率。方糖成型后均匀分散在不 钢传送带上，该产品随着传送带平稳地运动。先在运动轨道上设置横向堆 积调节装置来完成横向堆积，再通过一组平面四杆机构完成纵向堆积，紧接 着经机械手四杆机构和真空泵吸盘的配合使用产，品被迭合为三层成为一包，共 108 块，完成方糖包装前的堆积工作，然后进行下道工序。通过对各部分的 作用分析，设计出相应能解决其各自功能的机构本，文进行了总体设计和设计计 算，最后使得四杆机构能够按照预期的运动轨迹完成产品堆积。关键词：横向堆积、纵向堆积。本科毕业设计（论文）通过答辩Devising for the agency of accumulationAbstractAs the increasingly demanding for goods packaging, packaging machinery industry now is to become an important part of the packaging industry.
