摘 要乡镇政府农村公共服务是社会主义新农村建设的一项重要内容。在我国现代 化建设快速发展的情况下，农村对公共服务的需求不断增加，乡镇政府公共服务 供给严重不足，造成农村经济发展障碍重重。研究乡镇政府农村公共服务方面存 在财政不足、服务结构失调、供给主体错位、支农资金管理不善等主要问题与困 境，为进一步提高乡镇政府在公共服务方面的职能提出有针对性建议，逐步适应 新农村建设和现代化发展的需要，具有重大的现实意义。关键词：乡镇政府 农村公共服务 社会主义新农村On Problems and Countermeasures ofThe township-government’s Rural Public ServiceAbstractThe township-government’s rural public service is an important content of new socialist countryside construction. In situation of our country modernization fast development, the countryside’s demands for public service increase unceasingly and the supplies of township-government’s rural public service are serious insufficient, which create rural economy development barrier layer on layer.
