摘 要现代经济不断的在进行全球化的发展,市场竞争也变得越来越激烈。其中,最为突出的表现就在人才的竞争上。资源型企业如何在经济全球化的大背景下,在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,其中的关键因素之一,就是企业对于人才的培训与管理。但是在我国现有的企业培训的实习情况就完全不符,很多企业在营销管理方面有了很大的投入但是没有系统以及针对性。所以本文就资源型企业对营销人员的管理结合实际存在的问题进行了系统性的分析,对我国资源型企业的营销人员管理也给出了一些建议,希望能够使资源型企业提升营销人员管理实力。关键词:资源型企业;营销人员;销售管理AbstractWith the development of economic globalization, corporate competition has become increasingly fierce. Among them, the most prominent performance is in the competition of talents. How resource-based companies win in the fierce market competition under the background of economic globalization, one of the key factors is the training and management of talents. However, the training status of China's resource-based companies is not optimistic. Most resource-based companies have a lot of work for marketing personnel management, but they lack systemic and targeted management. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the management of marketing personnel by resource-based companies, this paper analyzes the problems in the management of marketing personnel in resource-based enterprises in China, and gives some suggestions on the management of marketing personnel in resource-based enterprises in China.
