上海市农工商超市的配送中心选址研究摘 要随着技术水平的提高和全球经济化的迅速发展，人们不能仅仅局限于通过降低原材料和设备的费用来提高生产水平及效率，还要考虑物流的方方面面。配送中心作为物流的关键节点，具有储存、加工、包装、配送及信息处理等多项功能。合理的配送中心的选址可以起到提高物流效率、降低物流成本的作用，因此，建立一个合适的配送中心对一个企业来说是发展的根本。本文对农工商超市上海市地区门店分布现状及配送存在的问题进行分析，然后运用重心法求解并通过层次分析法对备选地址择优，求得上海市农工商超市配送中心的合理位置，使得配送中心的选址更加科学高效。【关键词】配送中心；选址；重心法；层次分析法Study on the Location of Distribution Center of Shanghai Agricultural and Commercial SupermarketWith the improvement of technology and the rapid development of global economy, people can not only be limited by reducing the cost of raw materials and equipment to improve the level of production and efficiency, but also consider all aspects of logistics.
