I网购环境下快递法律责任规制摘要：随着我国当前互联网经济和产业的快速发展，网购和快递产业兴起，相应的网购环境下快递引发的纠纷不断增多。对快递企业而言，其负责产品的快递运输工作，但因我国目前相关法律法规缺失，快递企业为买方，即消费者提供快递服务中往往会出现产品损坏、顾客个人信息被盗取等问题，引发较大的社会问题和矛盾，如何保障消费者的合法权益成为社会关注的焦点。基于此点，才有了本文对网购环境下快递法律责任规制研究，希望通过网购环境下快递法律责任规制研究，为消费者权益保护提供帮助。关键词：网购环境；快递；法律责任；规制Legal Liability Regulation of Express under the Environment of Online ShoppingAbsrtact: With the rapid development of Internet economy and industry in China, online shopping and express industry are rising, and the disputes caused by express delivery under the corresponding online shopping environment are increasing.
