I望江宾馆酒店绿色管理水平提升策略研究摘 要随着人类社会不断地发展，节约资源，保护环境，维护生态和平越来越受到世界各国的重视，被纳入到国家发展的重大战略中。“绿色潮流”的出现为绿色管理奠定了基础，绿色管理在酒店的实践为酒店和社会创造了不可估量的价值。望江宾馆员工对绿色管理理念认识不足，望江宾馆绿色管理的设施设备不完善、管理技术缺失，望江宾馆管者对绿色管理不重视，资源利用率不高等问题还未得到解决，导致绿色管理在酒店的具体工作中还无法的到很好的实践应用。通过对存在的问题进行整理、分析、归纳和研究，借鉴国内外成功的经验，提出提高望江宾馆员工绿色管理理念认识、升级酒店绿色管理技术、完善望江宾馆绿色管理设施设备、提高望江宾馆管理层对绿色管理的重视、提升望江宾馆的资源有效使用率等对策建议。 关键词：望江宾馆；绿色管理；绿色理念；绿色设施设备；绿色技术；节约资源IIIStudy on Promotion Strategy of Green Management Level of Wangjiang HotelABSTRACTWith the continuous development of human society, saving resources, protecting the environment and maintaining ecological peace have received more and more attention from all countries in the world and have been incorporated into the major national development strategies.
