摘 要汽车的行驶安全性和舒适性及制动稳定需要良好的汽车制动性能。伴随着人民物质水平生活的提高，汽车的人均保有量也在日益增涨，当汽车行驶的时候不仅给人们生活上带来便利，更重要的是安全的保障，只有安全的保障汽车才能更好地发展进步。只有制动性能突出、制动系统安全稳定的汽车才能展示出其性能上的优异表现。盘式制动器又被成为盘刹，这种制动器顾名思义在一定层度有着明显的优势性能散热快，重量轻，结构简单，制动效果稳定，运行在恶劣的环境条件，或在道路不佳上驾驶制动时间短等优点。此外，盘式制动器的散热片还开有用来加速通风散热且维持制动安全的通风孔或者是散热孔。本设计采用大众 up 的的盘式制动器上的同步等关键参数的选择和计算系数的计算和制动。关键字：盘式制动器、制动系统、大众 UP2015 款Abstracthe driving safety, comfort and braking stability of automobiles need good braking performance.
