For many years, people's love for mango has always been decreasing. At present, mango consumption is second to none in the world, and it is also the raw material for consumption. In 2014, the world mango production has exceeded 25 thousand tons, far more than other fruit and beverage. Mango is a unique agricultural product in the south of China. It has a high nutritional value and has a health care effect. Rich mango resources in China provide a good source of raw materials for the establishment of drinks and related food factories. In this design, the product is positioned as a mango raw material with a wide market prospect, with an annual output of 100 thousand tons. According to the design task book, the production process is designed and the process is calculated, and the key equipment and energy consumption are calculated.
