1摘 要在如今互联网的大浪潮下，“互联网 + 物业管理”模式逐步取代传统的物业管理并在不断完善中，成为今后物业管理企业的主要发展方向。物业管理作为城市管理的重要组成部分，处于城市规划、建设、管理的末端，但与人们的生活息息相关，具有公共服务属性，完善的物业管理是高水平的城市管理表现的一部分。本文从“互联网＋”的思想出发，研究探讨了住宅小区物业管理的模式、方法。论文首先探讨了“互联网+”的提出背景，“互联网+”的含义与实际应用，通过对目前我国物业管理的发展现状和存在的问题进行认真研究分析，找出目前我国住宅小区物业管理中存在的主要问题，并分析问题存在的根源与本质。同时结合互联网信息技术快速发展的大背景，利用“互联网＋”的基础与理念，提出“互联网＋物业管理”的方案，实现利用“互联网+”技术从物业管理行业整体发展的角度解决目前我国住宅小区物业管理中普遍存在的问题，提高物业管理的服务效率，降低物业管理服务成本，提升物业管理服务水平，从根本上解决物业管理难题，促进我国住宅小区物业管理健康有序的发展。【关键词】互联网+ 物业管理 城市管理 智能小区- -2ABSTRACTIn today's big wave of the Internet, "Internet + Property Management" mode has gradually replaced the traditional property management and in the continuous improvement of property management enterprises in the future become the main development direction.
