内容摘要我国市场环境、经济环境日益复杂,我国企业面临的财务风险越来越大。而财务风险是决定企业存亡的关键因素,房地产企业作为国民经济的支柱产业,同时又是典型的资金密集型企业,我们更应该重视房地产企业的财务风险控制情况。在介绍相关概念和理论的基础上,以 JK 房地产公司为案例,从筹资风险,投资风险,营运风险三方面分析 JK 集团存在的财务风险,并分析其风险产生的原因,最后根据分析风险产生的原因提出有针对性的加强 JK 集团财务风险控制的具体措施。关键词:财务风险;控制;房地产企业AbstractChina's market environment and economic environment are becoming more and more complex, and Chinese enterprises are facing more and more financial risks. Financial risk is the key factor to determine the survival of enterprises. As the pillar industry of the national economy, real estate enterprises are also typical capital-intensive enterprises. We should pay more attention to the financial risk control of real estate enterprises. On the basis of introducing relevant concepts and theories, this paper takes JK Real Estate Company as an example to analyze the financial risks of JK Group from three aspects: financing risk, investment risk and operation risk, and to analyze the causes of the risks.
