不同生长调节剂对红叶石楠扦插的影响VIP免费

摘要摘要：运用随机区组排列，以红叶石楠为材料，采取 3 种激素和 5 种激素浓度进行浸泡处理，观察扦插后生根情况。结果表明，生根效果表现为吲哚丁酸>ABT生根粉>吲哚已酸；适宜浓度处理可以明显提高生根效率；200 mg/L 的吲哚丁酸处理插条生根效果最好。关键词：红叶石楠；扦插；吲哚乙酸；吲哚丁酸；ABT 生根粉IAbstractUsing randomized block arrangement and Photinia rubra as material, three hormones and five hormone concentrations were soaked to observe rooting after cutting.
