摘要摘要:运用随机区组排列,以红叶石楠为材料,采取 3 种激素和 5 种激素浓度进行浸泡处理,观察扦插后生根情况。结果表明,生根效果表现为吲哚丁酸>ABT生根粉>吲哚已酸;适宜浓度处理可以明显提高生根效率;200 mg/L 的吲哚丁酸处理插条生根效果最好。关键词:红叶石楠;扦插;吲哚乙酸;吲哚丁酸;ABT 生根粉IAbstractUsing randomized block arrangement and Photinia rubra as material, three hormones and five hormone concentrations were soaked to observe rooting after cutting.
