1摘要在社会文明的不断推进中,汽车行业的发展日新月异,而作为新时代的电动汽车则是解决未来能源问题的关键,还有现阶段,电动汽车的使用量与日俱增,其中的问题也是层出不穷。因此缓解甚至解决动力汽车的难题显得愈发重要,电动汽车中最重要的零部件为电池组,它是电动汽车的核心部件。因此动力汽车中的电池管理系统是汽车整个系统中的核心部分,它对汽车的安全、稳定、耐用性、起着掌控作用。所以在此种情况下,笔者选取纯电动汽车的电池安全管理系统为研究对象,进行一系列的探讨和设计。(1)对动力电池如锂电池的性能进行比较,并对其多次进行脉冲充电的实验以研究其电池特性。 (2)对高压电系统以及动力电池的故障特点进行分析研究,了解其故障级别。(3)设计与汽车电池安全管理有关的应用软件,针对系统中不同部位的功能进行研究后,使用密集和分散的结构设计系统,采用主控芯片为主导以控制各个部位的功能,并建立电池组信息采集、充放电管理、故障检测及保护等职能。关键词: 动力电池管理系统;电池故障分析;电池特性分析;纯电动汽车Design of Battery Safety Management System for Pure Electric VehicleAbstract:With the continuous development and progress of society, the development of automobiles is also constantly updated, and as a new era of electric vehicles is the key to solve the future energy problems, and at this stage, the use of electric vehicles is increasing day by day, among which problems emerge endlessly.
