1远成集团西北地区冷库选址研究摘 要发展冷链物流可以促进农产品、水产品、畜禽的流通，减少资源的消耗，提高社会资源的利用率。冷库在冷链物流中起着至关重要的作用，其选址的好坏直接影响了集团的业务和利润。虽然远成物流有很多优点，但仍然存在冷库网络不完善的问题。本文主要着眼于远成物流西北地区冷库选址设计。首先，在考虑增加冷库的基础上，远成物流公司现状决定远成物流有必要在西北建设冷库；考虑西北地区的生鲜产量、需求量等因素，远成公司在西北地区建库是可行的。其次，建立精确重心法模型，通过借助 C++语言得出西北地区建设冷库的地点为甘肃省白银市会宁县。最后，会宁县不具备建库所需的条件，综合比较其周边城市的地形、交通、经济等因素，最终建库地点为兰州。本文立足于远成物流集团的现状，充分利用数据，并结合企业的实际情况综合运用工程、技术、经济、管理等手段和方法，构建重心法模型，作为远成物流的解决方案；本文以提高企业的整体价值为宗旨，通过对冷库网络优化，有效的提升远成物流的价值，促进公司的可持续发展。【关键词】:冷链物流；中国西北地区；远成集团；生鲜需求量21Study on the Location of Cold Storage in Northwest Area of YuanChengGroupAbstractThe development of cold chain logistics can promote the circulation of agricultural products, aquatic products, livestock and poultry, reduce the consumption of resources and improve the utilization of social resources.
