数字音乐商业模式及用户体验研究【摘要】随着全球经济的蓬勃发展,数字音乐产业快速发展,平台竞争日益激烈。众多的数字音乐平台要想在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势,则必须响应市场需求和用户需求。但由于我国当前数字音乐市场发展过快过猛的局限性,使得用户需求没有得到真实的反映,造成了数字音乐商业模式和用户体验的脱节。本文首先对已有的文献和资料进行整理,概括总结了数字音乐的相关理论和产业发展历程,进而对数字音乐产业链的产业结构进行了分析,并通过 PEST分析法对产业所处环境进行了宏观分析,判断产业环境对数字音乐产业发展的利弊影响。接着,参考其他学者商业模式研究方法对比四个典型音乐平台商业模式,通过对数字音乐用户的基本属性、用户需求、用户行为进行分析提出用户体验角度的音乐平台商业模式不足。最后,对全文进行总结,针对目前数字音乐平台的商业模式和用户发展中的存在的问题提出几点对策和建议,期望可以为数字音乐行业的发展尽绵薄之力。【关键词】数字音乐;商业模式;用户体验Research on the Business Model and User Experience of Digital Music【Abstract】With the rapid development of the global economy and the rapid development of the digital music industry, platform competition has become increasingly fierce.
