智能洗衣机控制系统的实现The Realization of Intelligent Washing Machine Control System摘 要智能控制技术能使系统主动地操控机械或者设备,驱动机器对其它目标物体进行操作的自动控制技术。系统在运作时,不需要人为去干预,把所有需要操作的事情交给机器去代替人类工作。智能控制[17]系统可以对外部信息进行处理,根据系统的算法或程序分析来自外部的数据,并且得出最优的控制决策,把信息反馈给外部的机器,实现其自动化或智能化。智能控制技术[17]能够模拟人类的智能活动,并且能够控制与处理信息的传递。在当今世界中,智能家用电器在现代人们的生活处处可见,为人们的生活和生产增添了方便、效率与精彩。在家用电器中应用智能控制技术,可以有效地减轻人们做家务的劳累,让人们从繁重的家务活上得到解脱,有更多的时间进行休息和娱乐。洗衣机是一款传统又大众的家用电器,随着智能控制技术的发展,人们对洗衣机的要求也越来越高。本文主要实现一种智能洗衣机的控制系统,利用上位机与下位机通过串口进行交互,传递信息,控制步进电机的转速和正反转,并且可以适当地设置延长洗涤时间。本系统主要是由 STM8S 最小系统板、USB 转串口、步进电机驱动器及步进电机组成。关键词:智能控制技术[17];智能洗衣机控制系统;串口;STM8S;步进电机AbstractIntelligent control technology is an automatic control technology that enables the system to actively control machinery or equipment and drive the machine to operate other target objects.
