I东湖花城房地产项目可行性分析摘 要本毕业设计研究对象为东湖花城房地产项目可行性分析，论文运用可行性分析中运用 swot 分析法等常见和科学的研究方法。致力于打造乐平市特色湖景住宅，提升居民居住幸福感的同时对乐平市总体经济起到促进作用。现如今，中国经济逐步获得相对稳定的蓬勃发展，国家相关部门相继针对房地产行业，出台针对性的一系列政策。对于房地产开发而言，尤为关键的环节即为可行性研究。若想获得理想可观的经济利润，科学得当的可行性研究尤为必要，其不仅可以有效解决项目当中存在的诸多问题，而且还能有助于决策者做出正确的决策。使得投资者可以经由科学合理的综合分析，来做出理智决定。本东湖花城毕业设计主要通过对项目整体国际和国家地区的经济形式分析出项目发展背景，接下来对对项目建设概况主要分析介绍，对项目所在板块的自然资源、气候等居住条件具体分析；再对项目所在区域的房地产市场历年发展情况分析，然后再对项目的财务资金流量进行深度数据分析，最终以计算数据表明项目建设可行结论。关键词：财务分析；SWOT 分析；可行性分析IIAbstractThe research object of this graduation project is the feasibility analysis of donghu huacheng real estate project.
