1课题: 大型铸造件非加工面打磨设备设计 摘要在金属制品喷涂前,需要有效的去除其表面的毛刺以及污渍,目前很多的企业采用喷砂、酸洗等工序予以完成,针对那种比较大型的设备往往是采用人工进行打磨,如此作业迫使工人的劳动强度大,而且工作环境中粉尘特别的大,对人体健康有不利的影响。为了解决上述问题,本课题的任务是针对上述情况,设计设计一种针对大型工件的水平面、垂直侧面均能够自动打磨的设备,分析了国内外的打磨设备的基本研究情况,对其基本的结构进行的设计分析,对其三维模型进行了建立。关键字:大型铸造件、毛刺、打磨设备2AbstractAt the metal spraying, to effectively remove the burr and surface stains, many enterprises use sandblasting, pickling can be accomplished, for that kind of relatively large equipment is often manually polished, so the job force the labor intensity of workers, and the work environment of dust in the particularly large, negative the impact on human health.
