This thesis mainly studies the willingness of college students to consume in short video APP. The independent variables of the research model are spiritual needs, social culture and UGC model; the dependent variables are willingness to consume. The research hypothesis is put forward: the degree of influence of three independent variables on the dependent variable. The questionnaire survey adopted a quantitative research method.
