本科论文摘 要伴随着城镇化进程的加快，大量的农耕土地被占用，失地农民再就业成为一个社会问题。解决失地农民再就业问题关乎失地农民家庭和谐和社会安全稳定。针对这一问题，地方政府有必要颁布相关的政策法规加以引导，采取一系列的措施来促进失地农民再就业。本文在参考借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上，对莱芜区方下镇进行了实证调查，了解了失地农民再就业的现状，分析了导致失地农民再就业难的个人与政府方面的原因，以政府责任为角度，针对这些原因，提出了政府在失地农民再就业的过程中应承担的责任及强化政府引导责任的途径。关键词：失地农民，再就业，政府引导本科论文AbstractWith the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of agricultural land is occupied, and the reemployment of landless farmers has become a social problem.
