摘 要万达院线服务营销策略在产品、渠道、价格促销、广告促销、人员、有形展示、过程展示诸方面有许多独到之处,也面临定价偏高影响竞争力、基层员工人员流动大、市场份额趋于饱和、网络电影的竞争、新冠肺炎疫情影响等诸多困难,原因与投资成本过大、不重视基层员工培养、院线行业同质化严重、网络电影的优势、遭遇新冠肺炎疫情困境有关,怎么办?本文提出完善院线经营渠道、完善晋升制度、重组开展新业务、开展“菁英+”战略、与外卖公司合作进行所售产品的送货服务等疫情期间等应对措施。关键词:万达院线;服务营销;策略;研究AbstractThe Wanda Cinema Service marketing strategy has many unique features in terms of products, channels, price promotions, advertising promotions, personnel, tangible displays, and process displays.
