I社会工作介入残疾人生活保障摘 要随着社会的不断发展和进步,国家逐渐开始重视弱势群体对社会的适应程度,特别是是残疾人在生活中的各个方面的保障问题。在 2017 年 6 月国务院将每年 8 月 25 日设定为为"残疾预防日",其目的是增进全社会残疾预防意识,推动残疾预防事业发展,提高残疾人福利待遇,进而推进社会文明建设。但是众所周知,我国的经济条件远远没有达到发达国家的发展水平,而由于我国是人口超级大国,残疾人的数量和比例相对较多,更是使得服务覆盖面不够全面。同时我国残疾人生活保障方面专业服务发展水平不高,使得我国残疾人问题出现在方方面面,不利于人民生活水平的提高和社会的长足进步。最近几年中,社会工作为社会和和谐稳定贡献了很大的力量,同时社会工作作为被引进的专业,在国外已经具备了成熟的经验并且发展了一系列有关于残疾人的保障措施的结构。因此,笔者认为社会工作有足够的能力介入残疾人的生活保障中,通过社会工作的专业性方法,整合社会资源,扩大社会支持网络,运用各种科学手段对残疾人群体所需要的各个方面进行帮助,另一方面社会工作以其独特的工作理念和灵活的助人方法,从不同于其他方式的手法介入,保障残疾人的生活便利,为残疾人提供安全舒适的生活环境。关键词:残疾人；社会工作；生活保障ABSTRACTWith the continuous development and progress of the society, the state has gradually begun to attach importance to the degree of social adaptation of the disadvantaged groups, especially the protection of the disabled in all aspects of life.
