社会工作专业毕业生就业困境的思考分析研究 人力资源管理专业

关于社会工作专业毕业生就业困境的思考摘 要社会工作在我国作为一个新兴的职业门类，有着很广阔的职业前景，也有其存在的必要性和重要性。然而现实中，社会工作在我国的发展情况并不乐观，社会工作专业的就业现状也不好，很多社会工作专业毕业生在毕业之际面临着很大的就业困境，比如专业对口率低，工资待遇不高，地域跨度太大等等。本文运用了文献研究法，在搜集了相关资料的基础上，对社会工作专业毕业生就业困境的原因进行了探讨，从社会、学校和社会工作毕业生自身三个方面进行分析并提出了解决措施。关键词：社会工作；毕业生；就业困境AbstractSocial work in our country as a new career category, has a very broad career prospects, but also the existence of its necessity and importance.
