企业员工职业倦怠问题研究——以中山市 A 企业为例【摘要】中国社会经济自改革开放以来不断发展,而随着工业企业的改革创新,对支撑企业发展的企业员工提出了更高的要求。企业员工在因个人心理、人际交往、企业管理等方面产生的工作压力不断增长,而由于企业员工单方面无法进行有效的自我疏导排解,进而产生职业倦怠,企业员工职业倦怠问题的解决对企业的良性发展具有重要意义。本文通过文献分析法、访谈法、问卷调查法相结合的方式,以中山市 A 企业为例进行深入研究,发现企业员工职业倦怠的成因、影响因素以及对职业倦怠的问题解决以社会工作的视角提出方案。本研究在一定程度上有利于推进企业与员工的良性发展,对于和谐社会的建立具有积极意义。【关键词】 职业倦怠;企业员工;社会工作Research on Job Burnout of Enterprise Employees—— Take Zhongshan A Enterprise as an Example[Abstract]China's social economy has been developing since the reform and opening up, and with the reform and innovation of industrial enterprises, it puts forward higher requirements for the employees who support the development of enterprises.Enterprise employees in the personal psychology, interpersonal communication, business management and other aspects of the continuous growth of work pressure, but because the enterprise employees unilaterally can not carry out effective self-dredging, and then produce job burnout, the solution of enterprise employees job burnout problem is of great significance to the healthy development of enterprises.
