养老服务需求增长对社会工作的影响【摘要】在人口老龄化现象不断加剧的背景下，老龄人口的增长不仅影响我国的年龄结构，而且对我国的政治、经济、文化等方面也产生影响。随着老年人口的增长，对养老的服务需求也同时在增长。本次研究主要是探讨养老服务需求增长对社会工作的影响，使用文献调查法、问卷调查法以及访谈法，以广东地区 154 名老年人的家人为研究对象，通过线上发放问卷以及访谈的形式，调查其对养老服务的实际需求，为社会工作及时调整工作内容以适应社会需求，助力社会缓解养老问题提出建议。在深入探索老人及其家庭对服务需求之后发现，这些需求的产生既会促进社会工作的发展，又会对它自身提出更高的要求，既带来机遇又带来挑战。【关键词】养老服务需求 养老问题 社会工作 影响 The Impact Of Increasing Demand For Elderly Care Services On Social Work[Abstract]The aging population affects both the age structure, politics, economy and culture. As the elderly population grows, so does the demand for elderly care services. This study mainly focused on pension service demand growth and social work. Using literature investigation, online questionnaire survey and interview method, 154 elderly family in Guangdong, investigating the actual demand for pension services, adjust the work content for social work and boost social relief endowment problems.
