政府购买服务背景下社会工作专业化发展研究【摘要】 近年来社会工作的发展一直受到国家层面的重视。在政府职能转变的政策背景下，政府购买社会工作服务的广度和深度不断增加，社会工作也随之得到了一定发展。本文将从政府购买服务背景和社会工作专业化发展的角度出发，了解政府购买社会工作服务的情况及其对社会工作专业化发展的影响并提出相关建议，本研究主要通过文献查阅和问卷调查两种方式帮助分析上述两者之间的关系，同时辅以个人的实习经历作为资料补充。运用数理统计分析方法对调查数据进行分析研究，得出相关结论。结果表明政府购买社工服务与社会工作专业化发展呈显著正相关关系，推动政府购买社工服务的良好正向发展，将有利于促进社会工作专业化水平的提升。【关键词】 政府购买服务；社会工作；专业化Research on the Development of Social Work Specialization in the Context of Government Purchase of Services[Abstract] In recent years，the development of social work has been brought to the attention of the national level. In the context of government transforming its functions，the government's purchase of social work services is increasing in breadth and depth. And the social work has got a certain development because of this. This paper will start from the perspective of government's purchase of services and the professional development of social work to discuss how the purchase works and its impact on the development of specialization in social work and present related suggestion. This paper will analyze the relationship between them through literature review and questionnaire survey, supplemented by individual internship experience. And the mathematical statistics analysis method is used to analyze the survey data and draw a conclusion.
