摘 要随着我国经济体制的改革,国民经济不断发展,产业结构也在不断调整,物流产业逐渐成为我国发展国民经济的新的生产力,物流管理也走入了人们的视野,为广大企业带来新的发展契机。物流系统贯穿于企业运营始终,销售物流作为企业物流系统的最后一个环节,对实现商品的价值与使用价值有重要作用,本文重点探析企业销售物流管理模式。文章以天津龙康食品有限公司为例,首先介绍了相关概念与理论,为后文的研究奠定理论基础;其次分析了天津龙康食品有限公司销售物流管理的现状及存在的问题,具体从销售物流管理组织机构、流程、运输方式以及信息化建设四个角度分析;再次指出天津龙康食品公司为更好的发展,应选择第三方物流模式;最后进行总结。通过本文的研究,以期降低天津龙康食品有限公司销售物流成本,提高该企业效率。关键词:物流;销售物流模式;第三方物流AbstractWith the reform of China's economic system, the continuous development of the national economy, the industrial structure is also constantly adjusted, the logistics industry has gradually become China's development of the national economy, new productivity, logistics management has also entered the people's vision for the majority of enterprises to bring new Development opportunity.
