I摘要新时代下中国家族餐饮企业“走出去”的策略研究 摘要俗话说“民以食为天”,作为一个拥有几千年悠久历史的多民族大国,中国餐饮文化在经过不断发展完善后,逐步形成了其独立性与系统性。但在与国外优秀餐饮企业的激烈竞争中,中国企业还是突显出了诸如管理方针落后、标准化难统一、软实力薄弱和经营缺乏特色等问题。此外,据相关数据显示,中国民营餐饮企业中有超过 90%都属于家族企业的范畴,所以家族餐饮企业作为我国餐饮行业的中流砥柱,在国民经济中发挥着不可比拟的重要作用,研究我国家族餐饮企业有效的经营管理模式是提高整个餐饮行业水平的关键。随着我国综合国力的增强以及居民收入的提高,国民对餐饮行业的发展也提出了更高的要求。同时正值我国“一带一路”战略提出之际,家族餐饮企业实行“走出去”策略,对进一步提升我国的国际竞争力具有重要意义。本文采取SWOT 分析法,研究有关中国家族餐饮企业“走出去”的内部优劣势及外部机会和威胁,并从政府和企业自身两个角度思考“走出去”的策略方法。最后本文以李锦记集团的成功经营为例,分析其取得不俗成绩的原因,试图给予有这方面发展意向的中国家族餐饮企业一些经验和启示。关键词:中国家族餐饮企业;“走出去”;SWOT 分析法IIAbstractA Study on the Strategy of “Going Global” for Chinese Family Catering Enterprises in the New EraAbstractAs an old saying goes, “Hunger Breeds Discontentment”.
