试论“议程设置”与灾难性新闻事件的报道—以《新京报》“东方之星沉船事件”报道为例摘要自然灾害是人类生存的大敌之一。近年来，人类对自然生态的破坏和地球自身生发的由地球自身生发的各种自然灾害——地震、洪灾、泥石流、火灾等突发事件频发，造成了许多灾难性事件，灾难性事件是牵动整个社会的重要事件，是大众传播媒体报道的重要新闻内容之一。大众传播媒体，尤其是主流媒体对灾难性新闻事件的报道方式和方法，对广大受众、乃至整个社会的认知和态度都会产生重要的影响。随着改革开放进程的不断加快，科技、经济、文化、社会的发展和进步带来了各种新的思想观念，引发了不同观念之间的碰撞，社会各阶层的利益冲突和矛盾也突显出来，需要正确的舆论引导。在灾难性新闻事件报道过程中，主流媒体在事实的基础上进行恰当的“议程设置”，够更加明确舆论导向，正确引导舆论。本文以 “议程设置”为理论支撑，对 2015 年《新京报》对“东方之星沉船事件”的新闻报道做相关研究，对相关报道进行分析，梳理其基本框架、报道特征和议程设置等情况，分析其传播效果，尽量为相关理论研究与实践提供一定的参考。关键词： 议程设置 灾难性新闻事件 《新京报》 “东方之星沉船事件” 舆论引导PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIAbstractIn recent years, our country has entered the key period of reform and opening up.
