摘 要随着经济的发展和社会的进步，越来越多新项目和新技术在医疗行业得到了应用。手术室作为医院内非常重要且具有特殊性的科室，更是引进了非常多的先进医疗技术和设备。目的： 分析在护理工作过程中手术室护士所面临的职业暴露及安全防护的对策。方法： 通过网上查阅文献资料和自身在临床的观察，对职业暴露的危险因素进行分析，总结概述安全防护的对策。结果： 手术室护士的职业暴露的危险因素主要有生物因素、物理因素、化学因素、生理因素和心理因素等。做好职业暴露的预防并做好有计划的处理措施，可有效减少职业暴露的发生率。结论： 通过提高手术室护士的专业能力，加强其自身的自我防护，严格操作流程，能降低职业暴露发生率，提高整体工作效率。关键词:手术室护士；职业暴露；安全防护ABSTRACTWith the development of economy and society, more and more new projects and new technologies have been applied in the medical industry. As a very important and special department in hospital, the operating room has introduced a lot of advanced medical technology and equipment. Methods: The risk factors of occupational exposure were analyzed and the countermeasures of safety protection were summarized.
