It is mainly used in posterior probability calculation. This paper will discuss the advantages of Bayes formula and its important role in medical testing, product quality testing, company decision-making, daily life and so on. In this paper, the basic idea of Bayes formula is introduced firstly. Secondly, the development background, definition and correlation probability of Bayes formula are introduced. Among them, it mainly discusses the role of Muga Test in medicine in confirming the cardiac toxic injury of patients after chemotherapy, and solves the problem that it is difficult to confirm whether the patients after chemotherapy have cardiac toxic injury, it is concluded that the Muga Test can double the probability of the patient confirming the occurrence of cardiac toxic injury, and it also theoretically explains the necessity of Muga Test for the patient after chemotherapy.
