关于中学数学分层教学的思考摘要 新课程标准要求我们面向全体学生,适应学生个性发展的需要。传统的数学教学方式忽视了学生的个体差异性,无法满足全体学生的需要,导致学生的两极分化越来越严重而分层教学为学校教育开辟了新思路,它承认学生间的差异,教师通过使用恰当的分层策略,使全体学生得到更好的发展和提高。本文主要介绍了分层教学的研究现状、历史发展理论基础以及教学原则,分析了实施分层教学的优越性与必要性,优点与不足,认为分层教学具有两面性,一方面可以有效地提高学生成绩,促进学生发展,另一方面有可能会打击学生的自尊心,导致成绩下滑,因此本文通过研究和分析提出了相关的实施策略:教师要依据学生的个性差异将学生合理的分层次,分层次制定教学目标,布置作业,给出教学评价,进行有差别的教学,真正做到因材施教、因人施教,同时教师要不断提升自身能力。关键词 分层教学 中学数学 因材施教 差异性 On the stratified teaching of middle school mathematicsAbstract The new curriculum standard requires us to face all students and meet the needs of students' personality development.
