课堂教学设计中的技能目标的建构原则和方法探究摘要 学校教育的终归目的是发展学生的能力（包括智力），技能——能力加熟练程度的考量，自然成为今天课堂教学必须彰显的目标，本文就技能发展的过程和方式，技能发展与知识学习之间的关系展开研究，得出结论：技能是通过练习习得并发展，是一个渐进的、有差异性的 、有计划性的过程。技能的发展与理论的学习是相互依存的、相互促进、互为基础的的关系，因而针对不同的课程、不同的理论对学生的技能培养要不失时机、恰到好处、因势利导、因材施教、循序渐进、转变理念。依据技能发展的规律，建构技能目标应以“用”为导向，以“练”为手段，以“能”为建构标准。关键词 技能目标 技能发展的规律 技能的培养方法Probing into the principles and methods of constructing skill objectives in classroom instructional designAbstract The ultimate goal of school education is to develop students' abilities (including intelligence), skills - ability and proficiency considerations, naturally became the target of classroom teaching must reveal today, in this paper, the process and the way of skills development, skills development and researches on the relations between knowledge learning, draw the conclusion: skills is through practice and development, is a gradual, have differences, the process of planning.
