经济学视野下的我国食品危机研究Research on China's food crisis from the perspective of Economics摘 要：近年来，我国的食品危机问题日趋严重，对我国经济生活的各个主体均产生了不良影响。层出不穷的食品危机问题，使消费者对食品的质量逐渐丧失信心，食品的消费风险不断增大，大大降低了消费者对食品的购买力和意愿。当前，国家已经对食品危机高度重视，并强调必须依法治理食品危机，确保人民群众舌尖上的安全。本文从经济学视角出发，对我国食品危机问题及原因进行分析，以经济理论为理论基础，分析食品危机问题出现的原因，结合自己的一些想法，提出符合我国实际国情的建议与措施。关键词：食品危机；信息不对称；外部性；政府监督；治理对策Abstract:In recent years, China's food crisis is becoming more and more serious, which has a negative impact on the main body of our country's economic life.
