下载后可任意编辑健康经济学视角下中医知识特征对传承效果的影响机制讨论健康经济学视角下中医知识特征对传承效果的影响机制讨论 王希泉 摘要：基于健康经济学的基本原理，健康问题与经济学息息相关，与社会经济因素联系甚为紧密，因此中医知识特征是中医知识的传承与共享的重要因素。已有的關于知识共享的讨论的涉及健康经济学的思考和讨论较少。本文通过构建中医知识的固有特征传承与共享机制的 SEM 模型来讨论知识属性、创新对传承效果的影响，并提出了相关的讨论假设。通过走访江苏省 10 家中医院采集到有效问卷，运用采纳 SPSS 和 AMOS 发现中医知识的固有特征属性对中医知识的固有特征传承效果的影响并不大，反而传播者的传授意愿能通过中医创新这一中介作用对知识传承效果产生积极的影响。 关键词：中医院;隐性知识;路径 Abstract： Based on the basic principles of health economics， health issues are closely related to economics and are closely related to social and economic factors. Therefore， the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge are important factors for the inheritance and sharing of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. Existing research on knowledge sharing involves less thinking and research related to health economics. This paper studies the influence of knowledge attributes and innovation on the inheritance effect by constructing an SEM model of the inheritance and sharing mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge ， and puts forward related research hypotheses.
