I幼儿眼中的“好老师”-儿童视角下教师人格特质研究摘要 幼儿时期是人的思维和意志发展的初始阶段，也是性格和品质形成的重要时期。幼儿对“好老师”的理解影响着幼儿对教师、对幼儿园乃至对周围世界的情感。了解幼儿对好老师的看法更有利于幼儿教育的开展。本文在借鉴已有的对教师人格特质研究的基础上，运用访谈法、观察法、文献法、问卷调查法等，从不同年龄、不同性别、不同气质类型多方面了解幼儿眼中的好老师。并从儿童视角出发，为促进教师人格特质的发展提出合理化的建议。研究者针对对幼儿的访谈内容，从外在形象和内在特征两方面进行归纳受幼儿喜爱教师的人格特质。研究中发现，幼儿喜爱的教师所具备的外在形象的人格特质有漂亮、爱夸赞幼儿、勤劳等，内在特征的人格特质有具备专业的优秀技能、能多关注幼儿、公平有威信等特质。基于此，研究者针对教师人格特质发展和提高进行思考，对新老教师人格特质的发展提出以下建议：要树立正确的儿童观、注重仪容仪表，内外兼修、注重专业技能的培养、从多方面多角度关注幼儿，保持积极的情绪影响幼儿，加强教师的培训工作等。关键词 好老师 儿童视角 人格特质II“Good Teacher ” in Children’s Eyes – A Study of Teachers’ Personality Traits from the Perspective of ChildrenAbstract Childhood is the initial stage of the development of human’s thinking and will, and is also an important period for the formation of character and quality.
