I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科毕业生论文阳明海运股份有限公司空箱调运问题研究摘 要目前在国际贸易的运输中，集装箱是不可或缺的存在，集装箱运输具有效率高、优质、稳定和成本低廉的特点，在多式联运中发挥着重要作用。而由于各地之间的经济结构、产业结构不同，贸易往来失衡，进出口货运量存在差距，使得各地对运输载体——集装箱空箱的供给和需求方面上是不对等的，因此便出现了空箱调运的情况。本文针对阳明海运股份有限公司深圳代表处的空箱调运问题，首先，对研究背景和研究意义作了相关介绍，以此概述论文思路；并对国内外学者的研究成果有针对性地分析总结，吸取优秀经验，为后续论文的研究打下地基。第二章，对阳明海运空箱调运问题进行概述，深入分析集装箱调运的运转过程和运输模式，分析阳明海运空箱调运的特点和成本构成，对调运规则和目标进行综述，分析调运问题的原因。第三章，对一直以来困扰着航运企业的调运问题，结合前辈们的研究成果，提出有利于优化空箱调运问题的相关举措。最后，结合以上分析并利用线性规划建立调运优化模型，结合阳明海运深圳代表处的实际情况和数据，以调运成本最小化为目标，得出最优解的调运方案。关键词：空箱调运；线性规划；成本控制；集装箱运输II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科毕业生论文Research on Empty Container Transportation of Yangming Shipping Co., Ltd.ABSTRACTAt present, containers are indispensable in international trade transportation, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, high quality, stability and low cost, and plays an important role in multimodal transportation.
