一带一路背景下甘肃省人力资本投资问题研究摘要经济学研究的核心问题之一是经济增长，在新经济增长理论中，人力资本是促进经济增长的重要因素。人力资本投资是增加人力资本存量的重要手段，也是影响经济增长关键路径。近些年以来，甘肃政府越来越重视人力资本投资，逐年增加教育投资的财政支出。甘肃省对人力资本投资的重视给甘肃经济的持续发展增添了活力，但同时也面临着一些现实困境急需解决。甘肃处在国家“一带一路”重要节点上，在机遇与挑战并存的条件下，如何实现人力资本投资与经济发展协调发展，急需探索出一条合理的路径来。[关键词]一带一路；人力资本；甘肃经济Research on human capital investment in Gansu province in the background of One Belt And One RoadABSTRACTOne of the core issues of economic research is economic growth, which in the new economic growth theory is an important factor in promoting economic growth.
