1 1 1 Equation Chapter 1 Section 1 一种新型排风热泵热回收型新风机的特性研究摘 要随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对室内空气品质的要求也越来越高。新风若不加以处理便直接送入室内,势必会增加空调系统的能耗。为了降低空调系统能耗,同时节约能源,本文设计了将排风热回收技术应用于空调新风系统中,回收排风中的能量。首先,本文设计了一种新型热泵热回收型新风机组,该机组结合了回风过冷以及混风冷凝技术提升了新风机组的能效。同时利用 GREATLAB 仿真模拟平台对该新风机组进行仿真模拟,并进行了部件及系统的参数优化,得到了性能较好的模型机组。然后,委托某企业制作样机,并在该企业焓差实验室测试样机性能,进一步验证仿真的准确性和机组的能效。实验表明,GREATLAB 仿真平台精度高,机组在制冷标准条件下系统能效可达 3.65。最后,本文探讨了如何将新风机组应用于温湿度独立控制空调系统,利用水机与新风机的组合实现温湿度的独立控制,设计了一种新型新风空调一体机,其中水机控制室内显热负荷,新风机控制室内潜热负荷。关键词:新风机组;热泵热回收;仿真模拟;温湿度独立控制AbstractWith the advancement of science and technology, people's requirements for indoor air quality are getting higher and higher.
