I医患关系背景下医疗人员工作压力的现状及其对策研究——以汕头市珠池医院为例内 容 摘 要现如今社会，医疗行业医患关系紧张，在这一社会背景下，医疗人员的工作压力始终成为热议的话题以及需要改善的问题。医疗人员工作压力的现状，不仅能影响到医疗行业的形象及其发展，更能影响到患者的就医体验。因此，运用调查问卷等方法，选取汕头市珠池医院作为具体调查对象，针对该院的医疗人员，对工作压力的现状做一个整体调查，从医疗人员自身的角度反映出医疗行业从业人员在医患关系紧张的背景下，存在的工作压力现状及分析存在的问题，提出缓解医疗人员工作压力的相关建议。关键词：医疗人员；工作压力；影响因素；对策建议IIStudy on the current situation and countermeasures of working pressure of medical personnel under the background of doctor-patient relationship -- a case study of shantou zhuchi hospitalAbstractIn today's society, the doctor-patient relationship in the medical industry is tense.
