This system can select the best enterprise among many bidding construction enterprises to ensure the construction quality of the project and reduce the construction cost of the project. However， as China"s urban construction continues to advance， the number of current projects has decreased ， while the number of construction companies has continued to rise. Many companies have been unable to win bids for a long time， which has an important relationship with the selection of bidding schemes and quotation strategies of the enterprise.
