Studies have found that the risk of breast cancer in type 2 diabetes patients is higher than that in non-diabetic patients. Gene polymorphism is one of the key factors affecting susceptibility of patients. The aim of this study is to analyze the polymorphism of breast cancer susceptibility genes FGFR2 and ZNF365 in type 2 diabetes patients, to clarify the relevant genotypes and alleles associated with its occurrence, and to explore its impact on breast cancer risk, providing reference for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The study will use PCR technology and gene sequencing analysis methods, statistical analysis according to genotypes and alleles, and conduct t-test and logistic regression analysis to explore the influencing factors and correlations.
