This paper aims to study the adoption and usage of mobile TV among college students, explore their needs and evaluations of mobile TV, and analyze the factors that affect its adoption and usage. The research used questionnaire survey and interview methods. The results showed that college students generally have a high willingness to adopt and use mobile TV, and there are significant influencing factors such as family income, school aggregation, and gender.
