The study shows that under suitable rolling conditions, 4A60 aluminum and 08AL steel can be well-combined by cold rolling and the composite joint is uniform and the interface is clear. The joint was analyzed for organization and composition by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and the results showed that a region with a width of 1-2μm was formed in the same-heterogeneous interface, including an FeAl composite layer and an Fe3Al composite layer formed by the 4A60 aluminum layer and 08AL steel layer. Next, the tensile and fatigue properties of the composite strips were tested, and the results showed that the cold-rolled compound strip had good tensile and fatigue properties, and also showed that the interface strength between the composite joint and the substrate was high.Keywords:精品文档---下载后可任意编辑4A60 aluminum,08AL steel,laminated composite strips,cold rolling compound,interface composition,tensile property,fatigue property
